These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of social media management and related services by Unlimited Social, a UK-based social media agency.

Unlimited Social provides social media management, content creation, feed management, copywriting, brand identity and monthly reporting services as outlined in your chosen package.
The specific deliverables, platforms and scope of work for your package are confirmed at the point of engagement. Any services outside the agreed package scope will be quoted separately before work begins.
We reserve the right to decline any project or request that conflicts with our values or these Terms and Conditions.
Our services are provided on a rolling monthly basis across a range of packages. Current pricing and package details are available on request or as communicated to you directly at the point of engagement.
All prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days written notice to existing clients.
Payment is due on the same date each month as agreed at the start of the engagement. Payment must be made in full before content for that month is scheduled and published.
If payment is not received by the due date we reserve the right to pause services until payment is made. Continued non-payment may result in termination of the agreement.
We accept payment by bank transfer or such other methods as agreed in writing.
Either party may cancel the agreement by providing 30 days written notice to [email protected].
Notice periods begin from the date the written notice is received. Any payments due during the notice period remain payable.
We do not offer refunds on payments already made for services already delivered or in progress.
All content produced by Unlimited Social will be submitted to the client for review and approval before publication. The client is responsible for reviewing content in a timely manner as agreed at onboarding.
By approving content the client confirms it is accurate, appropriate and compliant with all relevant regulations for their industry.
Unlimited Social accepts no liability for any content that has been approved by the client and subsequently found to be inaccurate, misleading or non-compliant.
If the client does not respond to content approval requests within the agreed timeframe Unlimited Social reserves the right to pause scheduled publishing until approval is received.
To enable us to deliver our services effectively the client agrees to:
· Provide timely access to all required social media accounts
· Supply brand assets, images and any required materials by the agreed deadlines
· Respond to content approval requests within the agreed timeframe
· Ensure all assets and materials provided are owned by the client or that the client has full rights to use them
Delays caused by late provision of assets or approvals by the client may affect delivery timelines. Unlimited Social accepts no liability for delays caused by the client.
All content created by Unlimited Social on behalf of the client becomes the property of the client upon receipt of full payment for that month.
Any templates, systems, processes or proprietary methods used by Unlimited Social in delivering services remain the intellectual property of Unlimited Social.
The client warrants that all assets, images, logos and materials provided to Unlimited Social are owned by the client or that the client has full rights to use them. The client indemnifies Unlimited Social against any third party intellectual property claims arising from assets provided by the client.
Both parties agree to keep confidential all business information, strategies, content plans and any other sensitive information shared during the engagement.
Neither party will disclose confidential information to any third party without the prior written consent of the other party except where required by law.
This confidentiality obligation survives the termination of the agreement.
Social media marketing results vary depending on numerous factors including industry, audience, competition, budget and market conditions. Unlimited Social does not guarantee specific results including but not limited to follower growth, engagement rates, reach, leads or revenue.
Any case studies, statistics or examples referenced in our marketing materials are illustrative of past performance and are not a guarantee of future results.
Unlimited Social will at all times act in good faith and apply professional skill and care in delivering services. However we cannot be held responsible for factors outside our control including but not limited to platform algorithm changes, account restrictions imposed by social media platforms or changes in market conditions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law Unlimited Social’s total liability to the client for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three months immediately preceding the claim.
Unlimited Social accepts no liability for any indirect, consequential or special losses including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business or loss of reputation.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Either party may terminate the agreement immediately and without notice if the other party:
· Commits a material breach of these Terms and Conditions that is not remedied within 14 days of written notice
· Becomes insolvent or enters into administration
· Engages in conduct that is unlawful, harmful or brings the other party into disrepute
Upon termination all outstanding payments become immediately due and payable.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
We will notify existing clients of any material changes by email with a minimum of 30 days notice.
